I hear an owl hooting outside my window! The bird of prey population is making a comeback in my neighborhood. Ever since the cat moved in, people stopped putting out rat poison. (Used to be a big problem here.) We regularly find owl and kite pellets in our back yard, and hawks in our bird bath.
