I indulged my hobby of painting wooden cut out crafts, and added our pets to personalize it, our dog Truffle with her Kong Frisbee, our cats Sammy and Frodo in the downstairs window, and even our Budgies, Dragonsita and Sky. I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

I got to visit my Mom this weekend. It was very emotional, as her brain is deteriorating from Alzheimers Disease, and she can barely move or speak. But she liked the bouquet of flowers and called them "bonitos" (pretty), and smiled and giggled when I kissed her.
