I've been asked about this paper (www.nature.com/articles/s41...) enough times that I finally had to read it. The basic claim is that mRNA vaccines had huge synergistic benefit with checkpoint blockade against lung cancer melanoma. tl;dr it's glam-slop & everyone involved should be embarrassed

Every space where a majority of people mask makes that space more accessible to everyone, especially higher risk people. Everyone has the right to access essential spaces like healthcare and public transport safely, even if COVID is spreading elsewhere.

Whenever I write about long-covid or ME, I get waves of emails from chronically ill folk who say they feel seen and heard. But with this piece on fatigue (and PEM), I'm *also* hearing from healthy people saying that they finally get what their loved ones are going through. Which feels amazing.
