Some other things of note that you might not realize the credit card freeze in FDA has affected-authors who have gone through the peer review process and are in the last stages of publishing their scientific manuscripts, cannot pay the fees to get their hard work published, and there are deadlines

The administration is cutting costs to extend $4B in tax cuts for very rich people at the cost of planes falling out of the sky, your grandma not getting her meds, your kids not having a school to go to, and your neighbors being sent to private prisons to enrich admin's donors.
