Sometimes a bad thing will happen and it’s good to want to help, but we shouldn’t wait for bad things to happen to support friends and communities you know?

Happiness is doubled when shared, sorrow is halved I think it’s so important to not only engage with people when they’re going through a hard time bc sorrow will only be halved and joy is never doubled ya know? It reduces people to their sadness or trauma.
