How did we create this multi-sample, multi-label video for #FluorescenceFriday? 🤔 Actually, pretty easily. These samples were imaged together in a 12-well plate with our new DALISPIM light sheet microscope. No re-plating, no immersion bath.

Astrocytes 🌟 have been shown to play a role in β-amyloid plaque clearance, making them a prospective target for treating neurodegenerative diseases. This #FluorescenceFriday video provides a close-up of astrocytes + plaques in a thick section of human brain tissue imaged w/ #MegaSPIM.
