We can call this a victory, but the fact that 4/5 of the Supreme Court can say that the very clear wording of the Constitution does not mean what it says is a serious issue.

The only two pieces of news I want to see: 1) He's dead. 2) The 60s Green Hornet finds its way out of rights purgatory and gets a proper physical media release.

Not my favorite, but definitely one I enjoy quite a bit. I’ll always remember seeing it in the theater where a group of people who knew Zachary Quinto were super excited (he grew up nearby)

I tend to enjoy this more than perhaps it deserves. The cream pies and banana peels approach to humor is distracting. But amongst the TNG feature films its premise and the POV of our heroes is as close to their peak that they got on the big screen.

Can you imagine if a big franchise made a massive retcon and then explained the plothole in the next film with "what I said was true from a certain point of view"? People would get so angry these days.

Also a lot of these shows are oddly underproduced, with minimal to no editing. Like home movies with expensive cameras and microphones.

I remember learning about the electoral college in 4th grade in ‘88 and thinking then that it made no sense. Haven’t changed my mind as history has only strengthened my initial position.

I'm not sure there's a more bizarre collection of supporting cast members than this handful from the credits of THE EXORCIST III.

Shortly after moving in with my now wife I came home from work to find her watching this. In letterbox. I knew then I had a keeper. Happy anniversary baby.

Unironically one of the funniest jokes in Star Wars history is literally that bit from Empire where an asteroid smacks into the bridge of a Star Destroyer and just flat-out kills a guy in the middle of a call with Vader, and everyone just ignores him

I wanna say Rendezvous with Rama but the sequels went of the rails. But the OG was brilliant. Mockingbird by Walter Tevis could be interesting as well.
