The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask Two gorgeous artworks featuring Link and Link & Epona for the Japanese boxes, with with a graduated background of characters. The Western boxes are mainly just the logo, with NA having a warp effect and EU having character sketches.

This game is still a big pain to emulate, and the Rogue Squadron series (+Battle for Naboo) is desperate for a Nightdive style remaster.

Nintendo are sitting on an even better version of F-Zero X. It makes no sense that they've never re-released this.
