First saw this teen mid December…racked with anxiety. Fast forward, 6 weeks and the difference is just 😍 -my heart is full! Today they walked in,head held high,full of life and ‘happiness’… Life’s sometimes about strengthening the internal floorboards within our own ‘home’.

Crawling out from the flu… Another day ‘trying’.

A reminder-you may be a peaceful person,but it doesn’t mean you have to keep the peace so as not to ‘offend’ others. People pleasing - it isn’t worth sacrificing your life own peace over. Look after your boundaries-the most sacred place-where the other person ends and you begin.

Isn’t that what we all want to feel? Signing off another teen this evening who came to me with anxiety 6 weeks ago…have spent time teaching them a ‘different language’ to understand their anxiety; given them strategies; worked on giving them space to freely self express (1/2)

When you go through ‘stuff’ and come across photos you haven’t see before… My mum and grandad🥰🥰 Is the lump in my throat the nostalgia of the black and white photo or that I remember my grandad and mum in relatively more youthful times before life was messy-I’m not sure 🥹

We showered my ‘Chikamma’ - translated ‘small mum’ with love and birthday blessings today. She really is my ‘second mum’ and the fun factor in our family.Without her too,I’d have been lost these past years-my kids treasure her as another Grandma they’re blessed to get spoilt by🥰

How you feel isn’t necessarily the way it is.

#Kindness doesn't need to be a huge gesture. This morning I came in to find my thoughtful colleague had turned on my plug in radiator to make my office less of an ice cave when I arrived. What small act of kindness could you do today to make someone's day brighter? 🥰

What do you want? 2 choices… 1) To carry on as you have been doing, doing what you’ve always done but not getting you where you want to be… Or 2) To be an agent of your own change… Maybe it is time that you tried a different solution. Strategise.
