First-ever preprint from our lab, describing evidence that the RPA-Trt1-Tpz1 complex contributes to telomerase activation in fission yeast. This story began when Yong-jie Xu from Wright State University sent us a collection of 25 Replication Protein A subunit Ssb1 (RPA1) mutants in 2021.
