I think I need a break. The time I spend online is time I could spend doing something much more valuable. Like setting up a language-teaching structure. Or maybe write the novels that will keep me warm in 5 years from now. Not even sure why I posted this, since I'm invisible on here.

I often write posts about people I admire. One of such people is @sproutcan.bsky.social. This person symbolizes good parenting. For me (as a non-parent), a good parent is a cheerleader for their child's various projects. So, that's one of the reasons why I admire Ms. Sprout!

The social contract & rule of law are on the table atm. Wild, but there it is. Do you believe that other people should have the same rights as you? If not, that’s a choice. Not inevitable —a choice.

I've just realized that the US government is pretty woke. I mean, it's gutting PBS, NPR, books, comedians that are anti-regime. In other words, it's a "cancel culture" plan.

I saw the frozen militia. They're true to their name. Fatshits.

I'm running on empty. My face is graced with faded half-smiles that hide my inner feelings. Sadness lurks, alongside despair. I wonder if erasing my name from the list of humanity will make a difference. Then, I wake up and face the never-ending Cerberus guarding broken remains of the world.

In 2019, I went to Scotland. On the first day, I got lost (that's a story for another post). The next night, I had my first experience of a chippy. I had a battered burger. And an Irn-Bru. Years later, I tried to recall the name of the place where I went. Turns out it was permanently closed. :O

Just finished inserting the first round of edits of my 4th novel. I'll let it sit for a few hours and then go through potential plot holes. Well, they're not technically plot holes, as I plan to write a duology (or perhaps a trilogy?) with that one. So, that would be the core of the second novel.
