2) Directly support young trans people and their families to access private care. They are not getting help from the NHS in England, this is a fact. If you can afford it, donate directly to a young person. I'm already crowdfunding for Isaac (link below). If not, share fundraisers when you see them.

There are two things you can do right now to support young trans people in England. 1) Engage in political advocacy and community support. I've got *loads* of advice on this in my blog post and zine "But what can I do? How to fight the trans panic".

The unfortunate thing I've found about voice masculinisation training is I struggle with it in the same way I always found fluency techniques (when I cared about using them) difficult. It's hard enough for me to put words together without having to monitor other aspects of my voice too.
