Two sources tell MS NOW that the woman shot by ICE in Minneapolis was a U.S. citizen.

There is no evidence that the officer who shot the woman was injured at ALL, despite Trump’s claim here that he is “recovering in the hospital.” Immediately after the shooting you can see him walking completely normally, and he stayed on the scene for a while before driving off.

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.

The videos are crystal clear for any adult who is unwilling to lie through their teeth: ICE murdered that woman when she presented no credible threat to them. She did not drive at them. She did not compromise their safety. That was a summary execution of a U.S. citizen.
