Very good week of 2000 AD this week! Enjoying how twisty-turny Death of a Judge has been, and the Future Shock was excellent. It had me feeling a bit woozy given my own usual hobbies and interests. Judge Dee next week should be a lot of fun from what we've seen so far!

I also put some more time into Forza today. Weekly reset and some hype for Horizon 6! I know fans of the earlier games are hype for progression changes but I don't want them to mess with stuff *too* much. I really like the Forzathons, it's a fun and laidback social thing.

I'm one mission into the Destiny x Star Wars expansion and they've already referenced the trash compactor from Episode IV plus carbonite, a Ghost is talking in droid beeps and there's been a lightsaber duel. You can't say it's not delivering on Star Wars-iness at least, lol

Weird day. Running on fumes a bit. Streams are gonna be a bit weird for the next week or two with prep for the exhibit, but I'll do my best to be on over the weekend so we can get some time in. I miss you all folks, I really do! Got burgers on, hang out in streams and maybe some Trek before bed.

What's the first comic book that made you fall in love with superheroes? I saw the Kurt Busiek/George Perez Avengers mentioned as well and that would absolutely be my second answer, but Grant Morrison's JLA is it for me. I read comics before this, after this, I was a devout fan.

My class got cancelled and I thought about streaming but I decided to have a few hours to myself. I'm making progress in Destiny! I also unlocked transmogs so I got the Darth Vader armour set going on my Titan. I really want the Mandalorian set but I will try and stay strong!

Not to wade into The Discourse, but: A big decision I made over the last while is I try and do things that make me feel good or are at least worthwhile. So, I try to stream more, to cook more, to read more, etc. Things that enrich me. I got off certain platforms because they were making me worse.

I had a nice few days with family and I'm feeling just a little excited to get back to stream again later this week. Over my break, I played a few things on Steam Deck, caught up with 2000 AD and I even watched a little TV for the first time in a bit (Gladiators, gonna try and keep up this season!)

This was one of THE movies for me as a kid, and kicked off a lifetime of King Arthur/Camelot fandom (if you ever wondered why I pulled for Saber in Star Rail, this is why!). The Once & Future King is my favourite book of all time as well and I didn't make the connection 'til I was much older.
