Star Trek SNW is intentionally a genre-jumping, tone-shifting, exploration of ideas. It’s okay to not like that, but it is definitely the whole point. So was TOS. Go watch Catspaw, Mirror Mirror, City on the Edge of Forever, and Squire of Gothos, then try to tell me SNW isn’t doing the same thing.

I liked the latest episode of SNW. I don’t like that they were mean to Spock, but I feel like the whole human-katra-Vulcan-body thing kind of explained that. The post credits scene is incredible.
