Following the #investinSLT debate, I have a meeting pencilled in, on Monday 24th March, with Stephen Kinnock (Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care). 10 years of raising awareness, making connections and campaigning and finally those who can bring are starting to listen.

Been working with teens excluded from school. All have #SEND (most commonly ASD/ADHD/DLD) but were either diagnosed too late or not even assessed until after they were excluded. It’s heartbreaking ‘81% of children with behavioural disorders have significant language difficulties’
