This is why I've never been hopeful that Dems are equipped to deal with the MAGA admin. The problem isn't the "training", it's an entire system that was created out of fear and needs to be totally rooted out. DHS provides no benefit that can't (and used to be) be handled by other agencies.

There is video of the shooting of a woman by ICE in Minneapolis circulating that shows an ICE agent repeatedly shooting her at point blank range while she tries to drive off. There was no obvious threat to any ICE agent.
