I completed the Nuclear Rush 6k course yesterday, it was fun and great to do something with #2 son. Proud of myself for tackling all of the obstacles and completing most of them. Made good time and tolerated all the mud. Can't really move my arms today 😁

Well I completed my OCR event. Felt good, impressed myself on the obstacles (only failed one because I didn't know the right technique). Made pretty good time over the course, didn't grumble too much about the mud pits. But now seeing the photos I realise I'm still a fat little old lady. *Sigh*

My 19 year old sent me a photo of himself outside the polling station - so proud of him. I remember taking him with me to vote when tiny. He was so incensed that he wasn't allowed to post my ballot for me we immediately had to come home and make a ballotbox from a shoebox so he could vote himself
