After a long dry spell, we finally have some weather moving in. I read that in Jan we had just 18% of the usual rainfall total here. It seems to have rained (too much) pretty much everywhere but here.

Love the current lighting display on Glasgow University's main buildings. Its lighting system can be programmed to produce almost any shade you can imagine, and this one really shows the system off to its full potential. #glasgow #architecture #glasgowuniversity #glasgowatnight #nightphotography

This is Marine Stores in Kyle of Lochalsh. Since I moved here ten years ago it's officially been called JJ's. But absolutely no one calls it that. It will be Marine Stores until the sun devours the earth.

I've written a brand new Adrian Chills story (short horror stories inspired by the Guardian columns of Adrian Chiles.) This is #43, and it's called 'Specs'.

I'm working this week in Plockton railway station, painting the interior. It's a holiday let now. Lovely building.
