The Republicans have crossed dozens of "never to be crossed" lines since 2016, and doubled-down on those betrayals. There is no redemption arc I'm capable of imagining that would ever in my lifetime allow me to even consider voting for one of them. They are dead to me.

Woke up trying to scream. A wide-faced man behind a counter had been mocking me; more than that, insulting my life partner. Finally I tried to punch his big face, but no matter what I did, I couldn't hurt him. His face was like rubber. I lost control, trying to punch and claw. He just laughed on.
