So in the battle of #JayVBP I started up with a run streak after a 4 week break. 5k (at least every day). I started drinking Beetroot juice yesterday. Yesterday's BP result at the GP was 163/98. The first daily reading this morning was down to 140/90 so that's progress. Previous results

So a BP check up at the docs turned into an ECG and bloods taken, with the instruction to testy BP at home every day this week then report back in a week's time. I think it's time I got a run streak back on track!

I'm guessing the sudden "boom" in corner shops is the new money laundering scheme now we've all cottoned onto the novelty American candy stores and ALL of the Turkish barber establishments that have popped up in the last 12 months.

Foolishly committed myself to a run this evening... THE EVENING! (What was I thinking). Anyway, the weather app states sunset at 7pm, so I'm waiting for the cover of darkness. Deadwood: The Movie, done.

That's the Deadwood TV show done. Shame it was cancelled. After the ending of season 3 I'd have been livid. Just the movie left to watch.

Waited all day for yodel delivery to then get an update saying "on hold due to delivery update" got on the live chat confirmed delivery address as the one they had on file. Delivery now tomorrow. I think they just messed up and didn't want to say the truth.
