I listened to this again today on my walk home. It's really fucking good. Just good songwriting, catchy hooks, nice range, all the songs sound distinct. One of the best pop albums in ages.

Shout out to A24 for building its reputation off of incredibly talented filmmakers, having a great marketing team to convince people that it was A24 that was making the films they were distributing and then absolutely selling those filmmakers out to get in on the worst thing possible for filmmakers.

I'm fine with shows ending. Film franchises too. We don't need Star Trek, Doctor Who, Star Wars to run indefinitely, they weren't designed for that kind of longevity, nothing is. 60 years is enough, especially when things get tired and they're basically forcing them into existence.

That's pretty cool.

So, the Prime Minister has resigned, and we have no James Bond, and no one is currently The Doctor. Not good, Great Britain, not good.

Hugh Jackman has been playing Wolverine for 26 years. We're about to be on our 7th Prime Minister in 10 years. Worth thinking about.

I don't think I have seen a single potential candidate, in any party, who is qualified as intelligent, sensible, decent human being to lead this country. Not one of them.

Something I always want to break the stigma for is the 5/10 film. Which is MOST FILMS. 5/10 is not a bad score, does not mean the film is bad or not worth watching. It's just slap bang in the middle of being average and watchable. Which is MOST FILMS.
