Lots of secondary metabolite clusters, a plasmid that appears to be lost or transferred, weird ANI boundaries, something for everyone! We were also lucky that our neighbors in the @raw937.bsky.social lab looked for prophage in these endosymbionts. Did not think they would be there but they are!
