Neil Kulkarni left us a year ago. He ripped through the music press like a benevolent hurricane, laid waste to monumental mediocrities but never punched down. He was fired by a raging sense of inclusivity, the belief that things could, should be so much radically better for everyone. Sorely missed.

I finally cancelled my Spotify subscription end of last year. There are plenty of other places streaming service available and I found that that one didn’t even give the best user experience anymore.
