Among all proteome changes in Alzheimerβs disease (AD), 20S proteasomes stand out. β¬οΈ Their abundance strongly declines in AD patients. => This decline parallels a reduction in 20S substrate proteins and leads to abnormal protein accumulation in AD.

Day 2 preview of EvE's kinase data release: The RSK Family We're adding 5 ribosomal S6 kinases to our dataset: RSK1, RSK2, RSK3, RSK4, and p70S6K. These kinases are key effectors of the MAPK signaling pathway, and are important targets in cancer research.
