UPDATE: Since the filing of his habeas case, and less than 24 hours after being detained, Mr. Khalil was transferred over one thousand miles away to a Louisiana ICE facility. This is dangerous and compromises his access to legal counsel, a clear violation of due process.

Warrants can be tricky to read, so we've made a quick guide to help you know what to look for. ICE can use a judicial warrant to enter your home or workplace. ICE can use an administrative warrant to arrest you, but they CANNOT use this to enter your home or workplace.

Important reminders of what to do if you run into ICE on the street, at home, or at work. It can be scary to speak up and tell ICE that you know your rights. If you forget everything else, just remember to not answer any questions and say: "I want to remain silent. I want to speak to a lawyer."
