.... and acceptance (of yourself and others). We must recognise that there is a need for a better/easier diagnostic process that is completely separate to talking about access to education.

There is I think a lot of value in this new @ippr.org report - particularly the recognition (missing from so much coverage) that the 2011 move away from inclusion has substantially contributed to the increase in EHCPs etc. But diagnosis isn't just about education. It is about identity, culture...

The very nature of schools makes #SEND provision difficult. The expectation that all children will hit the same mark simultaneously is misguided for everyone, for the disabled & neurodivergent its insane.
