I'm supposed to meet multiple people from BG3 this weekend & I am having so much anxiety in my past life, I met many people from bands I loved & had amazing experiences 99% of the time, but there were a few where I had such a bad time that it put me off the reason I liked them in the first place.

The horrors persist, but I got this.

Internalizing that not everything is about you. Or for you. Or made with you in mind. Or directed at you. Or supposed to include you. Or require your opinion. Or your approval. In fact most things are not. Being online is quite easy when you don't try to be the protagonist of everyone else's lives.
