Did you do all your laundry you’ve been putting off (hooray!) but now a huge pile of clean clothes is just sitting there (boo!)? Put away 10 items. Or even just 5. Just put away slightly more items of clothes than you normally wear in a day. Do that again tomorrow

Is it weird if I just tell you what I did for 24 hr comic day instead of make a comic about it?

I’m going to draw my 24hr comic later but it will be a fun peak into how parenthood is a wild combo of pure joy, absolute frustration, and groundhog-day style boredom every 24 hours

Love that my husband and I are having conversations like “ok well ___ country is also dealing with rising fascism BUT they do think kids getting shot in schools is a bad thing, so there’s that”

Found out that some super rich people with mansions have their own fire suppressant systems in thier houses, and I dont mean a sprinkler system, I mean tanks/resevoirs of water in theiir basements or buried unerground to put out their own fire so they dont have to rely on the fire department.

Digging how this face came out. I toggle between more detailed eyes and dots-for-eyes depending on the character. Ms Sphinx got a slightly more realistic look to match with her scary vibe. (The blue lines are my future color holds)

I dreamt last night that Santa Claus gave me a baby and then turned around and took it back and that sounds really funny when written down but during the dream it was extremely upsetting

Anyone else have a friend that you see becoming/being a bad parent? It’s not any one thing (it’s not like “don’t spank them!” Or something singular like that) it’s an overall “I don’t think they have the capacity to be good at this” kind of thing. —It’s making me not want to hang with them

I find things like Prometheus, or avatar, or IMO even Random Access Memories to be fascinating because the creators had no restrictions, no one telling them what to do, it’s their dream project, and that’s what they made— and it just makes me go “huh, ok, interesting choices”

Gonna say something here that I would never have said on the Ex-Bird App but: Don't buy books from Amazon please. This is not a moral exhortation but advice for you, as a reader. They manage to screw up every stage of the book-selling process in original and maddening ways.
