As someone who has extensively researched conversion therapy promoters operating in the UK I have been raising alarms about the uselessness of the UK corporate charity sector in addressing the practical realities of it for several years now and unfortunately I was fucking right.

The best time to transition was 10 years ago. The second best time is now. Do not put yourself through years of dysphoria because of what TERFs say.

It matters, but not to the EHRC. The institution is captured and will fight to maintain what is now the status quo.
