Today, I joined @reprashida.govpeeps.us and @jeremymoss.bsky.social and others to speak out against ICE leasing space next door to my workplace in Southfield. ICE's raids and enforcement have spread fear in our communities. We stood together to say they are not welcome here.

Absolutely disgusted seeing this video of ICE murdering another US citizen in Minneapolis. This organization has no business enforcing our immigration laws. Calling them law enforcement is an insult to well-trained police anywhere.

So..today is campaign finance filing day. This quarter, I broke my own record for fundraising from 2018. We raised $160,839 this quarter, and have just over $250,000 on hand, with $277,523.82 total donated, raised from all corners of the state, and Michigan alumni all over the country.
