The Maryland Transportation & Climate Act (HB 437 / SB 59) passed through the House of Delegates! The “TCA” would ensure transportation project plans reduce greenhouse gas pollution impacts and provide a range of affordable and sustainable mobility options to Maryland residents.

Great turnout last night for Prince George's Central Av-Blue/Silver Line Sector Plan. Lots of support for the bold TOD rezonings around 3 Metro stations - Cap Hts, Addison, & Morgan. Some homeowner concerns about lots becoming nonconforming w/ TOD rezoning. PGC should give guidance on this.
