£££ must be behind Sheffield Leadmill being pushed out of its building last year, so I'm surprised the new operator is that of Brixton Electric - which comes across as another small, indie venue in an old building. Is there more to the story, or can a Ldn owner/larger group just be charged more? 1/2

When I went on its tour it really came home to me what a charitable trust has taken on with the massive, 250-year-old Somerset House. We were told that the ice rink and summer series are essential to keeping them going, and these are lovely events in central London.
