Some photos from 12/30 at Bar Isshee of myself & Momose Yasunaga. I have settled into substitute teacher/utilitarian zones, while Momose, traveler of the idol world, is always on point with her fashion. We had only played together for about 7-10 mins during soundcheck, but have each other’s albums.

When I did Guitar Craft courses I was young & full of self doubt. I chewed gum, & learned that I subconsciously kept time w/ my chewing. They would say “just look at Jeff, he chews in time” Ear training made me nervous in front of 20-30 people but I would ”ummm” at right pitch, deep down I knew it.

I mentioned elsewhere that I got my Game Boy in the early 90s & still have it. Here’s a photo I took of it a few years back. Those are my initial games I got within a year or two (I have gotten way more games over the decades). I never added to that case and keep it as a time capsule, I suppose.

I had a wonderful night after booking my own show in Tokyo. Pirako & Kageo were awesome with their new group Kokuyoukin. Kageo sings, plays guitar & flute while Pirako just rips wearing sunglasses. Such an underrated player. I played 53 mins w/ 3 different loops & had a dear friend in the audience.
