For a decent chunk of 2025 I was working on making an ATProto chat service called Flock. The idea was that every web resource would have a chat scoped to it, so you could publicly discuss anything online with a single click from a browser extension.

I worked with Entropy on this and it was a blast. copy any link on the internet and paste it into Flock to get a shared global chatroom about that link. still blows my mind as a concept tbh.
