Attended huge protest for a "small" DFW suburb....Flower Mound, TX. Held signs, found tree shade and yelled and waved a cars driving by. Got lots of car honks, thumbs ups, waves. About a thousand protesters and only a few Trump trucks with flags. No issues.

good news in local school board elections in North TX. MAGAs defeated by folks supported by progressive and moderate voters. Keller, Grapevine/Colleyville, Mansfield, Carrollton/Farmers Branch, Richardson voters rejected book banning, transphobic fears. Local activists got voters to show up!

My older brother is in a memory care unit because he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about 3 years ago. My hubs and I went to visit with him today. He's still verbal but he'll usually forget what he's trying to say. Today was great though. He even remembered Lister's corner store in north Houston.

I have a hard time believing that 52% of people approved Trump's speech last night, per CBS News poll. Who did they survey....Russians? I'd bet CBS used a Republican polling firm. I'm beginning to doubt CBS News reliability.
