Simple dinner tonight. Sausages and tube steaks on the grill with a little salad on the side. The key to proper sausage on a bun is the meat to bun ratio. I think I'm on point here.

45 yrs ago today there was a knock on my apartment door. I opened the door and found a gorgeous woman holding two Heinekens. She invited me to dinner knowing I had just moved in. I married that woman 2 yrs later. I soon realized that God sent an angel to straighten my ass out. I’m so blessed.

1 1/2” Bone In Rib Steak Coated with EVO and seasoned with Spiceology Oh Canada. Covered with Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions. Baked Potato filled with Butter, Sour Cream and Cheddar Cheese. Garlic Bread, Salad and an ice cold Heineken. Delicious Meal!!!

Steamed fresh SoCal lobster with tamarind sauce, followed by the addition of roasted chili flakes, fish sauce, and palm sugar, gave it a tart, sweet, and spicy flavor that paired perfectly with my crawfish, a taste buds tango.
