Another idea: A modpack centered around Create: Estrogen. But this modpack tells the story of how it feels to be trans. The game's starting difficulty is really hard. Hunger regeneration is reduced. Mobs hit harder. Torches burn out. You can't get most ores with just iron tools, even diamond.
