The night before he died he said I love you so much. We always told each other we loved each other but I think he knew that night so he said he loved me so much. I was so oblivious because I was so sad. I told him I was so in love with him for so many years. Next week is a year. I miss him.

I live in the distillery district in Toronto and have a lake facing view. I just saw two coyotes haling ass west from downtown along the tracks. They are easy to see when there is snow on the tracks. So very cool.

Had a dive week in Roatan. Found a beautiful spot for Bryan 79 feet down looking over the deep blue Caribbean. I released him there. He will always be part of the sea and will always be in a findable place.

I’ve never liked social media and I’ve always been a very private person. The fact that I’ve share some very personal things here lately has been difficult for me but the fact that a handful of you have been so warm and supportive has confirmed that maybe its a good idea I think ❤️

I’ve made the decision to seek help. As an early model gen x I always think I can power my way through everything but my social safety net seems to have eroded and I am left on my own so I have given in to talk to a complete stranger about how I am having trouble coping with my new situation.

I had a busy day. The coda symbol is for my dog coda who was named after it. The record insert is for Bryan. I took him to my tattoo place to get his years ago. The f*ck cancer is the same one that Bryan had done several months ago.

Went out and wandered through the art galleries in the district just like we use to the first few years we moved into the area. Happy birthday Bryan ❤️

It doesn’t rain but it pours. I made it to Hamilton yesterday to spend time with an old high school friend who’s been close friends all this time. She had brain cancer and this week things took a turn for the worst. Early this morning she passed away. She was a beautiful person. I loved her.
