When you adopt a dog and they know basic commands that doesn’t mean they’ll perform for you right away. Take your time, practice, reward and you’ll do great. Wellington is 12 and I don’t know what will go first - his hearing or his vision. I’m incorporating some signs. lay/sit is self control.
