As a kid, I had to get surgery. I had to be on a wait list, sent to an operating room, put to sleep, and highly drugged. It was a very traumatic memory for me. So imagine my shock when I saw my doctor yesterday and he casually suggests and performs a nearly identical surgery on me in 5 minutes. o_o
