Which 80’s classic do you prefer? Iron Eagle or The Last Starfighter?

My favorite Star Trek anything! The opening 12 minutes could be the greatest Short Trek of all time. My favorite Captain Pike, the introduction of Keenser, and a surprise Spock return! This movie reinvigorated our beloved franchise and brought in so many new people. I love it so much.

Spock is one Sassy Diva no matter who is playing him.

Like Bugs Bunny before him, in the last episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, in his last scene, Trip Tucker grabbed a carrot and said “That’s all folks!”.

We have officially closed this chapter in Star Trek. The last episode of Enterprise is heavily debated but I have always found the good parts in it. I remember watching this the night it aired in disbelief of what was on my TV. This was the end as far as we knew. What was your reaction to it?

I am now roommates with a 42” Dracula blow mold from the 1990s.

One year later and I still have the same list of all time favorite Star Trek characters.

The last real regular episode of Enterprise before the finale. This was a hard two parter to watch when it aired, but it unfortunately still resonates today. We are coming to the end of Star Trek as we knew it since the mid 80’s. I’m not ready.

Enterprise going into the Mirror Universe was so cool! I loved the fake out opening and different credits. They nailed the TOS look. And of course it ending with a new Empress. With Star Trek as we knew it winding down it was great to visit that world once again.

I really don’t like this episode, but even though it does rank low for me, it does have some ok moments. You can clearly see them trying to infuse some TOS into the show during its last days. Especially the scene of everyone laughing in sick bay at the end, might as well been Kirk, Bones, & Spock.

They just had to give an explanation for the Klingons didn’t they? It is interesting to think about how this episode would influence Star Trek moving forward, especially Discovery season 1.

I have acquired the Triple Ghost Halloween blow mold from the 1990s. Today was good.

Shran mania is runnin’ wild this season, and I’m a Shranamaniac! I like the part where it cuts to the Romulans having someone in a big techy suit and helmet controlling the ship, and it’s basically just the Star Trek way of saying “Bring out the Gimp”.

Star Trek loves to leave those Warning Beacons. Always thought this was a cool one.

I think of this episode of Star Trek: Enterprise all the time. Like, all the time.

Uncovered treasures from the late 90’s Warped Tour! A Bouncing Souls clip on bottle of Sun Block you could get at their merch table, and a Papa Roach plastic roach! They had people going around the crowd throwing these at people for promo when no one knew who they were yet. Miss those days!

The end to such an awesome trilogy and the end 2004. Moving into the final year of Star Trek for a long while and it’s so hard to believe. Also, any opportunity to see more Shran I’m all for! 🖖
