The fun thing about the plethora of apps on our phones is that you can just poke around and find all kinds of evidence that Portland is not, in fact, burning.

We just taped Stephanie Ruhle’s 11 pm MSNBC show tonight and I am pleased to report that my MVP for this week (a Friday segment) was the inflatable frogs of Portland.

Somewhere out there, a historian is trying to figure out how to explain the history of frogs and politics.

PSA for everyone but especially federal officials and other east coasters talking about sending troops to Portland: Oregon rhymes with “gun,” not “gone.”

They. are. manufacturing. lies. about. Portland. There are no "riots in Portland." There is no "war ravaged Portland." Portland doesn't look like a "war zone" or "World War II." All of those things are untrue. If he really believes them, someone is using him and/or lying to him.

Remember this next time someone dooms about how nothing we do matters to these companies.

PDX Peeps. Sinclair/KATU is refusing to air Kimmel starting Tuesday. They will preemptively show news. What do you do? Watch the first episode, note who are the local advertisers, and call them to advise them you won’t be purchasing their products, etc if they continue to advertise with KATU.

A famous bigot who hated trans people and loved guns was killed by someone who loved both guns a trans person. That’s not a story about political violence, it’s a story about how we have too many guns and bigotry is bad for your health.
