I thought I’d scoot back through my Lists to see what Keir Starmer’s Government has already announced/started for the North. It’s a positive start. Certainly wouldn’t say it’s neglectful.

But he wants to 'save ' the Labour Party by taking over when they have a huge majority. It's a shame he didn't give a toss about saving them after he lost to Corbyn. Burnham fucked off to Manchester as Corbyn almost destroyed the party.

A thoughtful analysis -sums up very eloquently my views on Burnham . He is a mediocre politician who has created chaos in the Labour Party. I think Starmer has great strengths -definite weaknesses but I like the fact he’s not on SM every day telling me how wonderful he is. Quiet strength

in my small world people are raging at Burnham and Streeting. Eg. My sister has e-mailed her MP to tell him if Starmer goes she is leaving the Labour Party. My MP is a Tory but I will also be staying in to vote against ANY Starmer challenge, if the challenger wins I will also be leaving the party.
