Hurray! Physiotherapist gave me a set of 4 exercises yesterday, I now need to do them 4-5 times a week to strengthen the hamstring. It is a muscular injury but not a very severe tear, which is good news. All being well I should be able to try a slow run in 10-14 days. And get back into classes!

Out for a few steps - of course it rained for a while but cleared up towards the end of my walk.

This was me all day yesterday after my marathon trek into central London for 8am followed by another shorter one down to Heathrow, a delayed flight to Dublin and then a 45 minute wait for the shuttle bus to the carpark, followed by a 2 hour drive home in the dark! 😱🤣😱

Took myself on another date today - to see Hamnet. What a masterpiece. Jessie Buckley’s performance is just magnificent (she deserves an Oscar) and the casting of the Jupe brothers to play Hamnet/Hamlet worked so well. Cinematography is beautiful too. Bring tissues though… it’s really sad!
