Yeah, this is a constant struggle for us. We do our best to use "funder" terms for ourselves and it is great when others acknowledge and are consistent with the distinction. Simply put, we do not offer services (loc, qa, marketing, etc) and devs own their own operations and external relationships!

Have never seen anything this good or this easy. It’s such a simple contract and they’ve been amazing to work with.

My Lawyer kept misreading this contract because he couldn't believe how good it was. I had to tell him, yes, truly 15/85 in our favor. Industry is bleak rn but Outersloth is a ray of light!
