Hmm. So far after doing the boot up repair, it seems to be holding. Genuinely think that something happened during the windows update that just royally fucked the boot sector or controller drivers in some way... Weird. Regardless, fingers crossed as so far the issues passed.

Other laptop update: seems like after repairing the boot sector of it, it might be doing alright? Going to let it run for a bit more. If it throws more errors I'll know. If it doesn't, I'll restart it one more time without the help of a USB repair and see if it restarts nice. If it does THAT...
