3 hours and 45 minutes into trying to speak to the GP surgery, I have now been told I need to fill out an online form at 8am tomorrow.

Called back and pressed the option for them to ring me back when I get to the front of the queue. You get a text that allows you to actually see where you are in the queue. I live 200m away from the surgery, if I was well enough I’d just walk down.

Called the GP, was 18 in the queue. Waited 30 minutes to be told to fill out an online form. The online form is not working. Called back to be put in a queue that is now “above 30”.
