Whirlwind couple of days, starting with the Joe Bob Briggs screening of two Russ Meyer classics, ‘Vixen’ and ‘Supervixens’ last night in Phoenixville PA (first time for both despite frequent “art house” appearances while I was at NYU), PA -> EWR today for a short Mom visit, back home Tuesday night.

I usually put up with inferior baseball announcers on TV because the fidelity of the ambient ballpark noise generally outweighs the downside of lousy announcers for me. But whoever these AppleTV+ guys on the Red Sox game tonight have driven me into the monophonic arms of the WEEI broadcast feed.
