firefox's ram usage slowly climbs until it takes all of my memory and crashes my system. i don't know why this is happening on my desktop, my laptop doesn't have this problem in the slightest (firefox is currently taking up 4GB of ram with four tabs open, it's that bad)

my efficiency at using linux has rocketed so far in the past few months. i wanted to play a game on steam but they were crashing immediately. i opened steam through a terminal and found out what the problem was and fixed it in like less than 5 mins. fuck yes
